Collaborative and cooperative web platform for digital scholarly editions of papyri

The collaborative and cooperative web platform CoPhiEditor allows to:
- generate the first draft of a literary transcription from the diplomatic transcription
- check compliance with editorial conventions
- validate intertextual properties: number of letters per line, incomplete letters, uncertain letters, letters supplemented by the editor, etc.
- collaborate with other scholars (connected user indicator, cursor indicator, etc.)
- cooperate with other scholars by discussing conjectures about the text
- perform an automatic lemmatisation
- compare facsimilar scans
- control access (work group definition; access to resources diversified according to the role: editor, viewer, etc.)
- conduct research in edited texts, sources and external resources
Main features of CoPhiEditor
- based on Domain Specific Languages
- requires the user to have minimum technical skills for the critical edition of texts
- supports the publication process of printed and digital scientific editions, as it allows to export the text in different formats: Docx, XML (TEI, EPIDOC)
- provides automatic tools for suggesting conjectures and checking inconsistencies
- supports the IIIF and Web Annotation Data Model standards
